First you open your App Service Dashboard in Azure. Now in this dashboard click on “TLS/SSL Settings” in the app features list bar on the left side and let that page open. That page will look something like this.
Now here you have to click on “Private Key Certificate (.pfx)”. After clicking on it, the page will appear something like this.
Now here you have to click on the option “Create App Service Managed Certificate” given on the right side. On clicking on it, a semi-page will open from the right side, in which you select your domain and click on the Create button.
Now in a minute or two, the SSL certificate for your domain will be ready. Similarly, make an SSL certificate of your domain, which you have added with www, in the same way.

Since now the SSL certificate is ready, and now it has to be connected to the domain. For this, now you click on the “Custom Domain” option given in the App Service bar on the left side of that page and come to that page. Your custom domains, which are not secure, will be visible there. Now click on “Add Binding” next to the domain. On clicking, a half page will open from the right side, in which you have to select your domain, “Select the thumbprint given in the private certificate thumbprint” and in “TLS/SSL type” select SNI SSL, then select ” Click on the “Add Binding” button.
