Recipe for Red Chili Pickle
First of all, make a cut in the middle of the red chili and remove all its seeds. Remove the stalk as well. Now to make the masala, take asafetida, fenugreek, mustard, fennel powder, salt, amchur, and turmeric powder in a bowl and add two spoons of olive oil and mix it well. Since fenugreek, mustard, and fennel should be lightly roasted and then crushed and used. Now stuff this spice in the chili. Dip the spice-filled chilies in the remaining olive oil and pour them into sterilized glass jars. Then close the light and keep it in the sun for a week.
