Method of Making Delicious Lentils
Lentils have an important place in the diet. You may not be able to live for several days without eating lentils. Since lentils are prepared in many ways, the method of making lentils has also been told by food experts. 1. Making Delicious Dal Pakhtuni

Dal Pakhtuni is an essential type of pulse all over the world, which is very beneficial and tasty from the point of view of health. So, the method of making it is as follows.

10. Tomato puree | 1 Cup |
11. Garam masala powder | 1 Tsp |
12. Red chili powder | 1 Tsp |
13. Fresh cream | 1 Cup |
14. Salt | As per taste |
Method of making Dal Pakhtuni
First of all heat the pressure cooker. Drain the water from the whole urad and put four cups of water and salt in it and put it in the cooker. Grind the garlic, ginger, and red chilies by adding some water and put them in the cooker.
Close the lid of the cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles. Grind the onion. Heat ghee and butter in a non-stick pan. Add onion paste and fry till golden and fragrant. Add coriander and cumin powder and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry till the aroma of raw water goes away and oil appears on the bottom.
When the pressure is released from the cooker, open it and add roasted masala to it and mix it well. Taste salt after adding garam masala, mix well and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add red chili powder and more of the cream and mix well. Then turn it over in the serving vessel and serve hot by spreading the cream on top. It tastes great with rice and bread (roti).

12. Tamarind pulp | 1 Tbsp |
13. Pure ghee | 2 Tbsp |
14. Coriander leaves | 12-15 |
15. Salt | As per taste |
Method of making Dalcha
Drain the water-soaked chana dal, tur dal, masoor dal, and moong dal in water, and put in the cooker along with tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add half a cup of water and cook for three whistles. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a non-stick vessel and cut the onion lengthwise, and fry in it. Make a slit in the green chilies, peel the white pumpkin and cut it into half-inch cubes.
Finely chop the garlic. When the onion starts turning brown, add ginger paste and fry for 2-3 minutes. Break dry red chili into small pieces. Put green chilies in a pot and fry, then add pumpkin, and salt and cook covered till the pumpkin is almost cooked. When the steam comes out completely from the cooker, open it and add it to the pumpkin mixture and cook till the pumpkin becomes soft.
Add tamarind pulp and remaining tamarind powder and mix well, heat the oil in a small non-stick vessel. Add cumin, red chili, and coriander leaves and fry for half a second and add to the dal. Cover immediately to retain the fragrance.
Now eat delicious hot food and serve it to others as well.
Conclusion
These are two special types of lentils. The quantity mentioned in making these pulses is only for the food of two persons, you can increase or decrease this quantity according to the number of persons.
