Make a bundle by tying cloves and cinnamon in a muslin cloth. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add oil, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and onion. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Add spinach, salt, vegetable stock, and a bundle of garam masala to it. Cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then take out the masala bundle and keep the mixture aside to cool down.
