6. Asafetida 1/4 Tsp
7. Vegetable oil or desi ghee  3 Tbsp
8. Mustard seeds 1/2 Tsp
9. Cumin 1/2 Tsp
10. Ginger piece 1.5 Inch long
11. Besan 3 Tsp
12. Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
13. Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp
14. Red chili powder 1/2 Tsp
15. Salt As per taste

Mix Vegetable Chana Recipe

First heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add asafoetida, cumin, mustard seeds to it, let it crackle, put coarsely chopped French beans, cabbage and some water in the cooker. Put chopped tomatoes in a mixer jar and prepare a soft puree by adding ginger and gram flour along with some water. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder to the cooker and mix. Now add tomato mixture and mix it. Now put a cup of water along with boiled chickpeas, green peas and salt in the cooker. Put the lid on the cooker and cook on low flame till one whistle comes. Now take it off the flame. When the pressure of the cooker reduces, open it and serve this delicious dish hot with roti or paratha.

1. Cooked soft rice 2 Cups
2. Onion 2
3. Finely chopped garlic cloves 8
4. Broccoli 10 Pieces

7. Salt  As per taste

Cut ginger lengthwise. Heat oil in a non stick vessel. Cut the pya into small rings. Add ginger to the oil and fry it till it turns brown. Then add green onions, rice and salt to it and mix. Now take out all that ingredients in a bowl. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in the same vessel. Then add garlic and toss it. Then add broccoli and some water and toss. Now add cornflour mixture and mix it. Now mix both the mixture together and heat it lightly for 5 minutes and then serve hot.

1. Pistachios (peeled and cut lengthwise) 1/2 Cups
2. Peach 4
3. Brown sugar 4 Tsp
4. Sugar 4 Tsp

Recipe to make Pistachio Peach

Heat the oven on the highest heat. Halve the peach and make a small pit in the middle. Place each half piece in a bowl. Fill half a peach with 1 tsp brown sugar and the other half 1 tsp plain sugar. Now cook them in the oven for 10 minutes or till the sugar melts or till the edges of the peaches turn brown. Then take it out. Place pistachios on top and then serve when it cools down.
