Make bath salts at home

1. One cup milk powder, salt, rose leaves and petals, 5 drops rose essential oil and 2 tbsp pure almond oil; Put them in the water of the tub and after some time take a bath in that water.

2. One cup milk powder, one cup sodium bicarbonate, and one tablespoon almond oil. Mix or dissolve all of these wells in hot water and put them in a tub of water.

4. One and a half cups Epsom salt, 3/4 cup sodium bicarbonate, some dried rose leaves and petals, and oatmeal; Make a bundle of all these things and put it in a bowl filled with water or make a powder and mix it directly in the water.

Methods of Bath with salty water

For best results, it is suggested to add bath salt ingredients to the bath water in a tub and soak in it for about 20 minutes or saturate the body, followed by a warm wash with lukewarm water.
