How to make Coconut Barfi
Firstly heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Then add coconut powder and fry it on a very low flame till the aroma comes. Then add khoya to it, mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add milk and sugar to it, mix well and cook it for two minutes. Now add finely grated dry coconut to it and keep stirring it for 30 seconds. Now invert the entire mixture in a greased tray and make it an even layer. Now freeze the tray for an hour or keep it in a cool environment for two hours so that it hardens well. Now cut it into square or diamond sap and then serve it lovingly.
